Made very welcome on arrival able to park motorcycles safely outside hotel.great location all rooms had balcony fab breakfast.excellant restaurant next door
Restaraunt not open on our first evening so had to eat next door,bar service finished very early

Hannikel, where you can eat, is just a walk down to the hotel. Placed within 15 minutes' car ride to Bad Rippoldsau-Schapbach. It is very close to the airport.

The staff was extremely helpful. The location is a nice quiet town and a good place to stop overnight on a drive through Black Forest.

We also appreciated the good service from the staff. the location was convenient and close to some interesting sights.
Noise and Limited Language Unfortunately, we were disappointed with the noise level at this hotel. We could hear everything from the rooms around us, including loud conversations and TV noise.

We loved the spacious and comfortable room with a great street view! The bathroom looked freshly remodeled and was very convenient. The breakfast had everything we needed and was better than most hotels we've stayed in. The staff, particularly Lisa Marie at the front desk, was friendly and efficient.

This hotel is situated in a stunning walking area with frequent buses to nearby, picturesque villages. the food is amazing and breakfast is a feast. the room is comfortable and spacious. the bathroom is modern and very convenient. the staff is helpful, intelligent and full of smiles, willing to provide any necessary advice or assistance.
The check-in and check-out lines may be long, and guests should expect to wait.

The Black Forest region was absolutely stunning and the surrounding area was breathtaking. The room was tidy and had a lovely view of the forest. The food was also good.
The staff were not very friendly or accommodating to our needs and requests. Our romantic escape was a little bit dampened by the fact that there was no spa or couples massages available.
